Allen West and John Carroll Speak to the Palms West Republican Club
On September 8th, LTC Allen West (US Army Ret), Candidate for US Congressional District 22, and John Carroll, Candidate for Palm Beach County Commission District 6, spoke to the Palms West Republican Club. The meeting was held at the Players Club in Wellington, FL and was our largest meeting of the year.
John Carroll reviewed his qualifications for the position of County Commission and emphasized the need to elect the correct candidates to our local offices. He noted that all of us just received a reminder as the importance of the County Commission when we received our recent property tax bills and emphasized the need for us to stop spending beyond our means.
